These are by far one of my very favorite recipes. I added an extra 1/2 cup of flour the I usually do for my cookie recipes which helped thicken up the dough perfectly. I also divided my dough into smaller pieces so these cookies baked quickly and turned out perfect! These are perfect for a quick and easy recipe to bake for any occasion.

Baking Tips
- Take the cookies out when they are still soft, don’t wait for them to harden completely in the oven! The cookies will harden up as they cool
- Consistently check up on the cookies while they bake. When they look ready, stick a toothpick in a couple to make sure they aren’t still raw. They sure feel soft, but not raw
- Divide your dough into chunks slightly larger than a pingpong ball. This will help them bake fast and efficiently
- if you prefer a different type of chocolate or topping, you can substitute the white chocolate chips or Twix for your preference. The base is simply vanilla sugar cookie that will pair well with any topping.
- I always recommend using an electric mixer over a regular whisk or spatula to save time and effort
- If you’re impatient like I am and you also keep all your butter in the fridge, simply just heat it up in a pan over the stove. Just make sure the butter softens enough that it will mix well and not leave clumps
- Make sure you space out the cookies adequately on the pan before baking because they will expand. I needed to use two pans to fit all of mine. Last time I tried to squeeze them all on the same pan they combined into a massive cookie cake!
