- 2 Large Bananas mashed
- 2 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon nut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (I used monk-fruit sweetener)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
How To Bake
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- In a medium size bowl, mash 2 bananas, making sure there are no chunks
- Add in the protein powder and peanut butter and combine well
- Add in 2 eggs and mix in
- Then, add the vanilla extract
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour and baking soda. Once combined mix into the wet mixture
- Bake for 25-30 minutes and Enjoy!
