Protein Banana Muffins

Recipe

  • 2 Large Bananas mashed
  • 2 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon nut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (I used monk-fruit sweetener)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

How To Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • In a medium size bowl, mash 2 bananas, making sure there are no chunks
  • Add in the protein powder and peanut butter and combine well
  • Add in 2 eggs and mix in
  • Then, add the vanilla extract
  • In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour and baking soda. Once combined mix into the wet mixture
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes and Enjoy!
