My favorite recipes are the ones passed down through generations. Growing up, homemade kleicha was always a staple in my grandmas kitchen, and this cake is my take on her traditional Middle Eastern recipe. This cake brings all those warm, comforting flavors into a soft, buttery slice that pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea. It’s a little piece of my families kitchen that I’m so exited to share with yours.
