Moist Homemade Banana Bread

This banana bread is super delicious and moist, and perfect to make for any occasion! With hints of vanilla and cinnamon this sweet and soft banana bread will be your new go-to quick and easy recipe

Baking Tips

-I kept mine plain, but you could also add coconut, walnut, chocolate chip, or any other mix-in that you like

-When browning the butter make sure you keep it over heat until it turns golden brown. This usually takes about 5 minutes over medium heat

-When making banana bread I recommend using very ripe bananas

Recipe

  1. 2 ripe bananas mashed
  2. 7 tbs of butter browned
  3. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  4. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 3/4 cup+ 1 tbs all purpose flour
  10. 1 tsp cinamon

How To Bake:

  1. Begin by adding 7 tbs of butter to a pan and turn on medium heat. Let it sit for about 5 minutes or until the butter turns golden brown
  2. While the butter sits, mash 2 bananas in a bowl
  3. combine your butter and bananas and mix in your granulated and brown sugar
  4. Add the egg, and vanilla extract and combine all ingredients
  5. In a separate bowl mix your flour, baking soda, and baking powder, then add the mixture to the wet ingredients
  6. You can then add any mix-ins you like
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35-40 minutes
  8. Let it cool and enjoy!
