The Best Confetti Cookies!

Cookies are my favorite dessert to bake. I love experimenting with new flavors and recipes so I created these confetti cookies. These cookies are super sweet and flavorful, with sprinkles and white chocolate chips creating an amazing birthday cake flavor. They are simple and easy to make but taste delicious.

Baking Tips:

  • When taking the cookies out after about 15 minutes, they should still seem raw, however they will continue to bake and harden while cooling
  • For this recipe, the dough creates a perfect base for any other mix-ins you would like to add
  • Adding corn starch helps thicken the cookie while it bakes
  • I recommend letting the batter sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before baking

Recipe

1/2 cup unsalted butter softened (1stick)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2/3 cup all purpose flour

1/4 Sprinkles+ 1/4 White chocolate chips (or measure with your heart)

How to Bake:

  1. First mix your butter and sugars together until completely smooth
  2. After mixing add an egg, vanilla extract, corn starch, salt, and baking soda and mix in well
  3. Then add your flour and whisk in until your dough thickens
  4. Lastly, add your sprinkles and white chocolate chips (or any other mix-ins your using
  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
