Caramel Crunch Cake

Recipe

  • 1 stick unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 14 individually wrapped caramel cube candies
  • 10 mini Twix bars (crushed up)

How to Bake

  • Combine the butter and sugar in a bowl
  • Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until the eggs fluff up
  • Add in the flour gradually and mix well
  • Finally add the milk and combine until your cake batter forms
  • Cut the mini Twix bars and caramel squares into small pieces and fold into your batter
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-43 minutes and Enjoy!
