- 1 stick of unsalted butter at room temp
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2.5 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
How To Bake
- Combine you butter and sugar in a bowl and mix together
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and combine
- Finally, add in the flour and baking powder and mix until your cookie dough forms
- Add in your toppings and bake and divide your batter into small chunks slightly larger than a ping pong ball
- Bake at 350 for 20-23 minutes and enjoy!
