Peanut Butter Base Recipe
- 1 cup oats blended
- 1/3 cup peanut butter powder (I use Pb Fit)
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbs cup sugar of choice
- 2/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 tbs but butter (I use peanut butter)
- 1 tbs maybe syrup, honey, or agave
Whip Topping Recipe
- 1 tbs cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Cool Whip
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice (I use monk fruit sweetener)
How to Bake
- Blend your oats and combine in a bowl with the rest of your peanut butter base ingredients. Mix until you have a thick dough consistency
- Line a container with parchment paper and spread the base across the bottom, making sure to fill all corners and spread evenly
- Then, combine al your ingredients to make the whipped topping
- Spread over your base and freeze for 2-3 hours
