Recipe

  • 1 cup of oats blended
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (any flavor works)
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • Optional mix-ins (see below)
